Strawberry Crepe-Because I Said I Would.

Out of focus, but still delicious.

Why, yes, since you asked, it is my second crepe of the morning, and yes, that is bacon on the plate too, and yes, I did sop up the chocolate sauce with the bacon. Along with the strawberry filling, I mixed up a little ricotta cheese, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt to make a creamy cheesy second filling. And a Happy Father’s Day has commenced.

  1. So funny…you and my daughter both made crepes within a day of each other. Must be something in the weather. I couldn’t get enough. I’ll have her make more because the ricotta/maple filling sounds fantastic. Can’t wait to try it!
